Is this a meal plan or just guidelines?

This is a full 7-day plan with a grocery list, actual meals laid out, snacks, and alternative choices to keep things fresh - built around your food preferences, lifestyle, and goals. It's not a generic macro guide or template.

Will I have to track every calorie or macro?

Nope. This plan is designed for real life - not obsessive logging. It emphasizes portion control, structure, and consistency over rigid numbers.

How is your diet different from any other diet?

I don't offer a "diet plan" - I guide you back to eating like a grown man with discipline and self-control.

Unlike a lot of the popular diets that cut out whole food groups (proteins, carbs, or fats), my meal plans allow you to be flexible with your diet but eat with intent. Treat your food as the fuel and your body as the machine.
