One-Rep Max Calculator

Use this calculator to estimate your one-rep max (1RM) based on the weight you can lift for a certain number of repetitions.

To use the calculator, enter the weight you lifted and the number of repetitions you performed.

Tip: To maintain accuracy, try to choose a weight that you're only able to lift for a maximum of 10 repititions. Anything higher has a tendency to skew the results.



Note: This calculator provides an estimate of your one-rep max based on a widely-used variation of the Epley formula. Individual results may vary based on factors such as training experience, muscle fiber composition, and current fatigue levels.
